PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the
respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner
dated 09.01.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to
permit the petitioner to publish the monthly magazine neamely
“RAGASIYA ULAVALI”.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also given a letter dated 08.11.2019 to the Registry to that effect.
