their subordinates or agents or men from in any manner interfering with the lawful business activities of the petitioner by either freezing of accounts or interfering in the conduct of the Seminars and Promotional meetings held for the Distributors/Agents and prospective Distributors/Agents.

ORDER
When this writ petition came up on 24.10.2019 for hearing,
there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this
court had directed the matter to be posted today under the
caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation
for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not
interested in prosecuting the matter further. Thus, this writ
petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, connected MP is closed.
