When these writ petitions came up on 24.10.2019 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner in both the writ petitions and hence, this court had directed the matters to be posted today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner in both the writ petitions. It appears that the petitioner in both the writ petitions are not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Thus, the writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
