PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.272 of Commercial Taxes and Registration Department (G), dated 26.06.2006 confirming the award of the 2nd respondent dated 25.04.2003 made in ARC No.89/02 and quash the same in so far as the Award refusing to deduct 5% commission from the award amount.
