The request of the Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore in its letter in Dis.No.788 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 along with the office note dated 16.10.2020 has been perused. In view of the reasons stated therein in the request letter dated 05.10.2020 of the Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore, three months further time is granted by way of extension and it is made clear that, no further extension will be given under any circumstances. Therefore, the Court below is directed to complete the case within the said period of extension as already directed by this Court. 28.10.2020
