Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.37324 and 37325 of 2004 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writs of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,55,949.05 and Rs.1,03,288.35, respectively, being the retirement benefits to the petitioner payable by the 2nd respondent with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of eligibility upto actual payment.
