PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the willing permanent workmen of the 3rd respondent mills whose names are found in the employees superannuation list issued by the 3rd respondent to enter the 3rd respondent mills to attend duty and refrain from permitting outsiders whose names are not found in the said list to enter the 3rd respondent mills for the purpose of being employed in the place of such permanent workmen.
