The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 12.11.2019 wherein he has stated that the registered letter sent to the petitioner was returned with an endorsement that the addressee/petitioner had expired. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since no steps have been taken sofar to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as abated.
