PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from removing the petitioner's name from the list of beneficiaries dated 06.08.2005 and consequently direct the respondents to immediately allot the houses at Samathuvapuram in Vadasithur Village, Kinathukadavu Panchayat Union to the petitioner herein.
When the writ petition was taken for hearing on 02.01.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is posted today, i.e. on 03.01.2019, under the caption “For Dismissal”.
