Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and set aside the impugned order dated 06.08.2007 bearing No.10805/ M1/07, passed by the 4th respondent and direct the respondents to register the sale deed dated 30.07.2001 bearing pending Document No.469 of 2001 on the file of the 3rd respondent on presentation in respect of the property viz., Plot No.13, comprised in Survey No.248/2B at New No.136, Old No.146 of Injambakkam Village measuring to an extent of 609.50 sq.ft. in favour of the petitioners without insisting for N.O.C. by invoking their discretionary powers.
