Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the First Respondent in respect to G.O. No. 92 dated 25.03.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to issue patta to the Petitioner for the land measuring an extent of Hectares 1.77.0 situated in Punjai Sangedhi in S.F. No. 71/1 in accordance with the order passed in W.P. No. 4902 of 2007 dated 31.05.2007.

O R D E R When it is pointed out that the property involved is situated in Tiruchirapalli District, which falls within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition before the Madurai Bench of this Court for the relief sought and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
