Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in file No.6-1/2002 WL-1 dated 15.04.2002 on the file of the Deputy Inspector General (WL), Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India and to quash the same and also to direct the first respondent to consider the proposal of the fourth respondent dated 27.02.2002 supplemented by further report dated 18.10.2002 of the third respondent with their reminders and representation dated 01.12.2003 of the petitioner for construction of additional weir

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
