ORDER
When the matter was called on 11.3.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. So the matter was directed to be re-notified under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, when the matter was taken up, none represented the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed.
