Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records and quash the Order dated 17.11.2006 in D.II SITP/MAH/06, culminating in his order dated 20.07.2007 in D-II/SITP/Siruseri/2007 of the respondent.
The Writ Petition has been directed against the impugned order passed by the State Industrial Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) dated 11.11.2006 thereby cancelling the allotment Order in respect of Plot No.15/A-26 & 16/A-27 (2.00 acres) allotted to the petitioner and the order dated 20.7.2007 confirming the same.
