Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 08.06.2015 rejected the claim of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order. He has also made endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present Writ
Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.06.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition in M.P. 1 of 2015 is closed.
