Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certioraified Mandamus, by calling for entire records in respect of the order passed by the first respondent, dated 19.09.2006 in letter No.27675/N.A.1/2003 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to recovery the petitioner's land to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has relief to invoke through the provisions of the New Act (Right to fair compensation Act 2013), he may be permitted to seek remedy through the New Land Acquisition Act, 2013. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law under Section 24 of Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No
costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are
closed.
