Pension arrears for the month of October to December
2018 have to be paid by Tamil Nadu State Transport
Corporation Employees Provident Fund Trust and the same
would be paid shortly. Necessary proposal has been
already sent by the Respondent herein.
Thus the Respondent has paid all the terminal
benefits as found entitled by the petitioner”.
3. In view of above, the respondents are directed to pay
the pension arrears for the month of October to December 2018
to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date
of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is
disposed of accordingly. No costs.
