As against the termination order passed by the 3rd respondent herein, a revision alone is maintainable, in view of the Judgement of a larger Bench of this Court reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689 in the case of K.Marappan vs Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal and another).

In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority, under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative
