PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third and fourth respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by the third respondent in Advice Slip dated 04.10.2006 and that of the fourth respondent dated 13.11.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to shift the transformer at the petitioner's hospital at DRJ Hospital, No.9, Nehru National Highways, Thirumalai Nagar Annexe (100 Feet Road), Kolathur, Chennai 600099 to the site provided for it by the petitioner from the existing place near the main gate.
