Advocate for the respondents that the prayer in the writ
petition challenging the G.O.(Ms)No.214 School Education (X2)
Department dated 3.11.2008 issuing certain guidelines for
conferment of minority status to the educational institutions by
the authorities of School Education Department has become
infructuous, because the subsequent Government Order has
superseded this Government Order. Recording his statement, this
writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, interim
order stands vacated and the M.P.No.2 of 2009 is also dismissed.
No costs.
