Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to condone the non compliance of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 and Rules by the earlier Management of the petitioner Trust, and thereon direct the second and third respondents to take on file
the Form VII filed by the petitioner Trust and various other documents submitted by the petitioner in compliance of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 and Rules by considering the representation of the petitioner vide communication dated 17.05.2006.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2. In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
