The petitioner filed the Writ Petition challenging the impugned order dated 12.05.2009 wherein the petitioner joined the unrecognized Teacher Training Institute and the said Institute was closed based on the direction of this Court in W.P.No.9494 of 1992 dated 27.04.1993. Since the petitioner issued a lawyer notice dated 11.02.2009 to publish the results. the request was rejected by order dated 12.05.2009. Against which the present Writ Petition is filed.

The said Institute was closed by order of this Court dated 27.04.1993 and hence publication of result does not arise. After a lapse of ten years, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
