Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent herein in his D.No.403/2008, RC.No.H1/3743/2008 dated 28.3.2008 placing the petitioner under suspension and the consequential order of review of suspension passed by the respondent herein in his D.O. No.972/2008, C.No.H1/3743/2008 dated 31.10.2008 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to release the petitioner from suspension with all consequential monetary and service benefits.
