PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the concerned records from the first respondent, quash the award passed by the 1st Respondent Labour Court dated 20.1.2013 in ID.No. 59/2011 in so far as denying the back wages for the period from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement and consequently direct the second respondent to pay the back wages from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement.
