PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider, dispose of and pass orders on merits on the representation of the 1^st petitioner dated 07.08.2018 to reconvey the land comprised in Survey Nos.94/7B and 94/7E measuring an extent of 24 cents situated at Pennadam Village, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District in the name of the petitioners as per the provisions of section 48-B of the Land Acquisition Act (Amendment) Act, 1996 (Act XVI of 1997).
