Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of declaration that Sections 1, 2(a), 2(f), 2(q), 2(s), 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and Rule 12(4) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2006 are unconstitutional, violative of Articles 14, 15, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, gender blased, not in consonance with the

International convenants such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Convenant on Civil and Political Rights.
