PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Respondent Board with respect to the impugned Notice dated 09.06.2011 in SE/CEDC/N/AAO/H110.2011 pertaining to HT A/c 1020 belonging to the petitioner and quash the same and direct the respondents to refund the excess current consumption deposit of Rs.52,57,206/- to the petitioner.
