PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified
Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2 nd respondent with
respect to the letter dated 31.01.2011 and quash the same and
direct the 2 nd respondent to accept the application dated
19.01.2011 submitted by the petitioner and consider the same in
accordance with Section 81 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
thereby granting renewal of permit for a period of five years
for the Telco Omnibus bearing registration TN-23 F-1939 for use
within the State of Tamil Nadu.
