2.In the considered opinion of this Court, it is for the concerned State machinery to take care of the law and order problem and it cannot be cited as a reason for the non-compliance of the order.
3.Call on 30.09.2019 finally, failing which the second respondent shall remain personally present before this Court with the compliance report.
