Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the principal labour court chennai to dispose of A.P.6/2016 within a time frame and pass such other order of direction as this honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice (in WP.No.1216 of 2019).
ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Friday, the First day of October Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 05.02.2019 and letter dated 23.09.2021 vide Dis.No.1000/2021 from the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Chennai in the presence of M/S.K.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.VIJAYARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order:-
