PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Notification issued by the 1^st respondent under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms.No.271, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 26.02.1991 and the declaration made under Section 6 of the Act in G.O.Ms.No.109, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 16.03.1992 and quash the same in so far as the lands belonging to the petitioner comprised in S.F.Nos.136/1A, 136/1B, and Part in 136/1C, situated at Saravanampatti Village, Coimbatore District.
