Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to permanently close down the liquor shop re-located on 25.4.2017 at Varanavasi Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District.
2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned standing counsel for the Divisional Manager, TASMAC, Perambalur, 3rd respondent herein, submitted that Shop No.6419, has been closed on 10.05.2017 and relocated in some other place.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
