PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Memo No.VA.VA.P.2/36835/10 dated 16.03.2011 and quash the same.
