We have considered the lis between the degree holders and diploma

holders. Vide orders dated 19.2.2019 in W.M.P. No.5113 of 2018 in W.P. No.33180

of 2018 and in other similar petitions, we have already permitted impleading the

degree holders, by observing that degree holders are necessary and proper parties.

1. Following the earlier orders, we allow W.M.P. No.5689 of 2019 in W.P.

No.12014 of 2018, filed for impleading the petitioners 1 and 2 in W.M.P. No.5689 of 2019, as respondents 3 and 4 in W.P. No.12014 of 2018.

1. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment wherever required.
