This Petition is filed Under Section 24 R/W 151 of Civil Procedure Code praying to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2009 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivaganga and transfer the same to another court having competent jurisdiction, including the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai or the Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, for early disposal of the above case in accordance with law.
ORDER:- This Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Sendhilkumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.B.Michael Sebastin, Advocate for the respondents, and the sessions Judge(FAC), Fast Track Mahila court, Sivagangai, having submitted letter vide D.No.64/2020 dated 30.01.2020 seeking Extension of time this Court made the following order:
