Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased to have effect limited to the State of Tamilnadu may be granted to the 2nd petitioner as legal heirs of the deceased P.G.Padmanabhan.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:

The petitioners seek Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased P.G.Padmanabhan who died intestate on 13.10.2017. The 1^st petitioner is the wife and the 2^nd petitioner is the son of the deceased P.G.Padmanabhan.

The 2^nd petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the Death Certificate of the deceased P.G.Padmanabhan as Ex.P6 and the legal heirship https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certificate as Ex.P7. A perusal of Ex.P7 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased

P.G.Padmanabhan. In the original petition itself, the petitioners seek Letters of Administration in favour of 2^nd petitioner who is the son of the deceased P.G.Padmanabhan.

Necessary publications have also been effected as required under law and no objection has been received.

In view of the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting granting letters of administration in respect of the estate of the deceased in favour of the 2^nd petitioner. The 2^nd Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
