The petitioners who are the wife and children of late

K.Jayapaul who died intestate on 18.03.2018 seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of deceased K.Jayapaul.

The 1^st petitioner who is the wife of the deceased,

has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of her husband K.Jayapaul as Ex.P1 and the legal heir certificate as Ex.P2.

A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners

been received. Even in the original petition itself, the petitioners have stated that the certificate may be issued in favour of the 1^st petitioner.
