2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation made thus far would reveal that it is a case of elopement. However, efforts are still on to secure the detenue.

4.Considering the above, we direct the second respondent to proceed with the investigation and as and when, the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

5.With the abovesaid observation, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
