Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus directing the second respondent to produce the person or corpus of the detenues, petitioner's minor daughters, namely Nishanthini and Subisha, aged about 11 years and 6 years respectively from illegal custody of respondents 3 to 6 before this Court, set them free at liberty and handover the custody of minor daughters to the petitioner.
