Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondent to produce the body of Muthulakshmi, W/o.Manikandan, aged about 26 years and minor child Sivani @ Sivanya, aged about 2 years before this Court and set them at liberty.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in the light of the subsequent development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice on behalf of the respondent.
3 In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
