2.A Status Report of the second respondent dated 25.03.2019 has been filed and it would disclose among other things that the detenu on 11.03.2019 gave an undertaking that he is willing to go with the petitioner and however, on 22.03.2018, the petitioner had submitted a written representation before the third respondent that the detenu did not turn up.
