Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in Detention Order in No.C3.D.O.No.53/2018 dated 10.08.2018 on the file of the 2nd Respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the Respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's brother-in-law Thiru Balaji, aged 35 years, son of Ponnusamy now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
