The petitioner is the senior father of the detenu. According to him, he was studying 10th standard and was found missing from 31.08.2017 and in this regard, he lodged a complaint on the file of the 1st respondent, based on which a case in Cr.No.657 of 2017 was registered for ''Boy Missing'' and the petitioner apprehending safety and well being of the minor detenu, came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.
