Praying to declare that the conciliation proceedings conducted on 10th April 2018 by the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and the resolution passed therein are null and void, non est in the eyes of law and not binding on the Plaintiff and for a consequential relief of permanent injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants herein not to enforce the resolution passed in the proceedings conducted by the 1st defendant on behalf of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce on 10th April 2018 and not to interfere in any manner in the production and distribution of films that may be undertaken in the future either by itself or its nominees or successors in interest including any other entity producing and distributing the films whereby the 1st and 2nd defendants herein may enforce the resolutions against him pursuant to meeting held on 10th April 2018 by the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and for cost of the suit and other reliefs.
