PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the Judgment and Decreetal Order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai in A.S.No.13 of 2007 dated 07.08.2007, reversing the Judgment and Decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif, Pattukottai in O.S.No.184 of 2005 dated 29.11.2005 and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
