Prayer:-Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the order dated 23.03.2011 passed in R.C.A. No.7 of 2008, dated 23.03.2011, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Subordinate Court, Tuticorin confirming the order and decreetal order made in RCOP No.4 of 2007 on the file of the Rent Controller/ District Musnif, Srivaikuntam.

DECREE:-This Civil Revision Petition coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Court and and the material papers and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, Advocate for the respondents, and the petitioner having filed an undertaking affidavit, as per the direction of the Court vide USR No.2066 dated 28,.01.2020,this court while disposing of the Revision Petition doth order and decree as follows ;
