Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the revision petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
