ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the
order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018 and C.M.A.No.4 of 2018 in and by which the appeal filed by the respondent had been allowed.

2.It has been fairly conceded by the counsel for the
petitioner that he is only seeking to dispose of the suit and the main dispute is with reference to the identity of the properties . Considering the fact that the issues have been framed in both the suits and subject matter is same the learned Judge shall take the
two suits for joint trial and dispose of the same within a six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order or its production.
The above Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
