Since, several adjournments have been granted as seen from the earlier proceedings and since the matter has been listed under the caption “for dismissal”, today, no further indulgence can be shown to the petitioner by this Court. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Civil Revision
Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
