This Revision has been filed and it is pending from the year 2009 and even today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner expressed his difficulty in taking steps. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
